Hi, sorry for opening up a old thread but I am currently trying to port my number out from Kini however there is no accout number provided. How did you manage to port your number to Public?

Sorry @slusagm , one last question. It is asking for both IEMI and account number in the ticket. Since I dont know the account number I have wrote N/A for it. However for IMEI, my kini mobile account was set up on a physical SIM card, so should I still submit IMEI number?

once the new line with the temporary number works well, open ticket with PM
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Thanks for the reply, so I just activated my Public SIM with a temporary number. Next step would be to open a ticket and ask PM to port the line in, correct? Sorry for simple questions, not too tech savvy 🙂

porting from Kini could be like poring from PC Mobile or Kaodo Prepaid. You will need to get a new phone number first, then open ticket with PM and ask them to port in the line manually for you

you can try using IMEI instead of account number
or you can ask Kini directly. Call their customer service team at 1888 from your kini SIM or 1-877-822-1888
