I just started subscribing a plan with eSIM.
While activating the eSIM by following the steps instructed, it shows error message at the end of the installation process, saying eSIM failed to be installed.
I tried to submit a ticket in Public Mobile customer centre, but the Submit button at the end doesn't work even though I filled out all the fileds in the form.
I see the new eSIM is existing on my phone if I look into the Settings, but it doesn't seem to be properly activated yet. Please help me figure out the activation/installation. So urgent.

In your phone settings, do you see the option to make the Public Mobile eSIM primary or turn on this line?
Did you disable or remove your previous eSIM? Tell restart your phone.
