Is it possible to get a refund or transfer funds to a family member's account in light of an issue I had:
The first attempt to add funds gave an error saying to try again, and after the second attempt I saw that I had been billed twice!
The funds are way to much for my account alone, would take years to use it, but my wife has a larger data plan. Thanks

best is to ask Customer Support to do the change for you....use this link to send them a messgae...
