Hello,
Long story short, my mom's $33 plan on Public Mobile auto-renewed yesterday using my credit card but today she went ahead and migrated over to Koodo on that promotional deal that ends 03/15.. Are we going to be refunded on that amount I paid JUST yesterday? I can't even access her online PM account anymore
Please let me know!

@NDesai she will, not right away, $100 credit split into 4 months credit, which will be $25 a month

@nguyentung, PM is a prepaid service, therefore, there are no refunds.
The reason you cannot access her account anymore is that she has ported her number out to koodo. When a number is ported out from PM, the PM account is closed.
