Pre authorized payment

I am having an issue with updating my payment method and require help to update it

Login to your account and go to Payment tab then to Update Card Information.

You should open a ticket and agent will assist you.
Before you do that try one more time to update payment option using computer cleaning cache and cookies. Try incognito mode too.
