Hello, I can't receive calls or text messages after porting to eSIM. Please help!

Yes, I ported over the number from my previous carrier. I will reach out to a CS Agent

Did you port your number over from old carrier?
If so, did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? There is a90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.

If this is the case then contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you but your old SIM should still work.
