Cashe should be cleared with each restart but the issue remained, seems to be limited to Firefox on windows7 as my other computer on windows10 works. I'll continue on there.

it might be cache issue. The activation is up
did you try a different bowser? Chrome/Edge/Firefox.
did you clear the cache and try again?
did you try to use Incognito mode?
did you try on another computer?

Yup we tried all day yesterday and this morning but the activate page never loads. just spinning ball of doom

can you access it at all? or you got hung in a particular page in the process?

48 hours later the Activation page is still offline
