it is possible the system cannot find some addresses, especially new ones
but ask PM to check and maybe they can add it manually so you can lookup and subscribe. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

This system does not have a way to find my address and i'm trying to figure out a way to find my postal code.

does the system able to find your address? If so, the postal code should be populated as well. What error you got?

you are signing up with Public Mobile service right? just fill the postal code used on the credit card or debit card that you are going to use for PM payment
