I lost my Visa card and want to change my payment information. But my password doesn't work and when I want to change my password, every time a message will pop up " It is an error with your email address or your password, try later" Please let me know, what I should do?

@HamidT open ticket with PM Support and let them reset for you.

 

Also, at the moment,  the site has trouble for making payment if access by ohone or tablet  please use desktop or laptop instead 

 

To open ticket with PM for password reset

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Check in your archive email for the Welcome to PM with the email address you used to create your account.

Then try login with that email address and click on Reset Password.

If all fails, you will need the help from a CS_Agent to help you access your account and change your password in your account in your Profile section.
