Being new to this Community and looking at all these posts, seeing that the Moderatos must be working as fast as they can .It would be nice if PM Headquater could keep the Community more up to date when there problems will be answered at lest some type of ETA. As someone waiting for a reponse on my own issue it is very frustrating just wait and not getting a reponse especially in this day an age of electronics.

Yes but that was 3 weeks ago and when you order any product as that is all we doing is ordering your phone service and prepaying you should beable to get and eta on your products status.
