I have inadvertently ported my wife’s number to my phone and probably deleted my own previous number

PM system is one email for one phone number only. You were supposed to use a different email address to create a new account for your wife's account
but no worries, we have seem people with this problem before and PM support agents were able to sort it out. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
