Hello does anyone have the porting tech support number? I tried to port my old number over as part of a new activation and was not asked the correct information - it didn’t ask my account number or pin and now I see my number associated with PM but it doesn’t work because the number still belongs to my old provider. Something has gone horribly wrong and needs intervention but I can’t seem to get support through chat and logged two tickets already and no response.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the porting status. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
