Porting team number

Want to use my old koodo prepaid number. I read on some post about calling a porting team. Can somebody send me or tell me what number to call? Thanks.

to port from Koodo Prepaid, you need to activate a new account with a NEW phone number first

after that is setup, you will submit ticket with CS agent for help to port 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
