Could someone give me the contact number for the porting out team. They don't seem to be responding to the request to port out me number. Thanks

It's up to your new provider to contact Public Mobile to port over the PM number. You must keep your PM SIM card in the phone to accept the port request. You will have 90 minutes to say YES. If you miss it, your new provider will have to try again. Just keep your PM SIM card in your phone until you get the text.

@Stanleb to port out, you initiate the request with your new provider. Public Mobile will send a text to you to confirm the port.
