I am not able to port out from virgin to public mobile I don't know why, even the customer support not able to do so. Whenever I am trying to do so it's say there is an error but not showing which.
Please help

Not actually, just trying to port my virgin number to public and I am getting prompt sometimes went wrong please try again , 001

@Rawat did you get the error at Step 4 - Phone Number of the subscription process using the app?
If so, it might be because your number cannot be ported into Public Mobile. While most numbers can be freely ported around, small set of number has to stay with their current providers due to technical constraints.
can you share the are code and the next 3 digits of the phone number and I can confirm for you
