I have ported number from freedom to public mobile, and I can use number on my new sim card now, it seems transferring is done. But one thing is I forget to reply 'YES' to freedom mobile transferring message notification, so freedom still give me a new bill for the next month even no sim card in freedom mobile account.
Anyone know how to do with freedom mobile? Thanks

So you no longer have the Freedom SIM card? Then Yes, I agree with @frostyfire22 on this one @qyx100 . If you don't have the freedom SIM card any longer contact Freedom, and see if they will give you verbal approval for the port. OR, they may tell you to obtain a sim card from them to approve the port request.

The chances of you getting your phone number back is slim to none. Freedom mobiles port is an atrocity.., it’s very common that they lose your number during a part. I Already had it happen a few times over the years I was with freedom. many others have had it happen to them to as well.

You will have to contact freedom about this!

@qyx100 There’s a number for live support to re start the port request for you will send it to you private message

your porting was NOT completed yet
A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
