This may be why the wait time is over 3 days.
Not sure we can always tell how many are logged on.
They do have stealth capabilities.
Users online is a hyperlink.
Do you mean this? Or is there another?

@mlrim I'm also in the same situation. Messaged the mods 3 days ago and haven't heard anything.
I was helping a friend, and they are currently not impressed.
Hopefully will get it resolved soon.

Hi @mlrim
If you are porting from another mobile carrier, the transfer should have been completed by now.
You will need to contact Moderator_team by sending them a private message. Response time varies up to 2+ days.
If you are porting from a landline or voip, the transfer can take up to a week.
Note that both PM and old provider accounts must remain active for the port to work.
Your old provider account will continue to function until the port is complete. Once the transfer is complete, the old provider account will automatically close.
Did you supply all the needed info for the port?
- Account number from old provider account
- full name exactly as registered in old provider account
Meanwhile if you received any notification (text or otherwise) that there was a problem, you should contact Moderator_team.

Number porting is a 2 stage process:
Stage 1. PM set up your old number on your PM account. Login to your account. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab. Is your old number showing on the [Plan and Add-Ons] display?
If yes, PM has done its work to setup your old number for you to call out, send text and data.
If no, you should send a private message to moderator to investigate. Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.

Stage 2. Now, you are waiting for your old provider to release you number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider.

@mlrim where did you port your number from?

Private message the Moderator_Team and ask them for help with your port
