Porting not completed

I just switched from Fido about a week ago and I'm using esim for PM. But until now my transfer is not completed, I can't send out or receive SMS, or receive phone calls from numbers of certain carrier. 

My Fido account is still active, I guess I'm still being charged by them. And I have to keep using both card just so I don't miss anything. 

And PM doesn't have real agent to help, and there isn't any number I can call, I'm trying my luck here.

Please send me the porting team too, having similar issue. Need to reinitiate port.
