Been reading posts here with the same issue. Tried the AI chatbot but failed to submit ticket. Please send me ASAP contact for the 'Porting Team' to reinitiate the process otherwise Freedom will charge me tomorrow.

Just to be on the safe side I shall do it too. Please note, you will need to have your Freedom SIM card in your phone to get the porting request text and must say yes within 90 minutes.
