I know i have only been a customer for a few days, but my Dad found a better plan for me. I know that Bell has got my approval to port my number from you. I know that they have done it. There seems to be know response from you guys?

@Mellor  Is your PM account active ? Did you leave the PM sim in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port out ? If you need further assistance from support here’s the link for them
