Hi,
I signed up PM yesterday, porting from Speakout. However it seems the porting failed as I don't receive my calls and texts from my number after the porting process, and it's been 24 hours now. Contacted PM mod via PM, no response. I called speakout and apparently the porting request was rejected due to wrong pin provided. So how or where do initiate the porting process again with correct Speakout pin?

When I ported my number from Speakout last month, I used my cell phone’s IMEI number instead of my pin. Worked without a problem, but the porting of the number to 5 hours to fully complete.
Try porting your number again with your IMEI, instead of your pin.

@blissney You need to provide the correct PIN to the Moderator_Team by sending them another message. PM is the only one at this point that can reissue the port request. In the meantime you might wasnt to continue to use your Speakout sim until the port is complete.
