Who do I talk to about making sure that my phone was ported over properly to virgin.
some of my contacts can only text me and they cannot call me, so I believe it has not been fully ported properly

did you ever receive a Porting Authorization text from PM and you replied Yes within 90 mins?

You would need to discuss any issues with Virgin as the carrier receiving the phone number is responsbile for all customer service and troubleshooting relating to any phone number porting. Is your Public Mobile service still working? If your Public Mobile service is still working, your number has not been porting over. This would be need to be discussed with Virgin if that is the situation.
