Hi when I login it send a a two factor authentic I action to my old phone number that I don’t have access too how do I change it to the number I use now

The above would only work if the customer is actually logged into the same account as the one that is linked to the phone number and has managed to log in by having the 2FA code sent by e-mail or voice message. If the customer is logged into a different account (has created a new Community account just to post a message), the above will not work. In that situation, the customer would need to help of a customer support agent to get into the account.
Also, The Community profile phone number is completely irrelevant. That's not even linked to EverSafe and can actually be left blank.
