just activated new account. I can call out however incoming callls go straight to voicemail. I'm assuming there is issue porting my cell number from Rogers. is there a way to corrrect this?

I would check to see if your Rogers sim card still work. Also a reboot of the phone should fix it, if the port was done correctly. (airplane mode should work, but better to reboot.)

Can you check if your Roger SIM still work?
