Porting issue

I recently tried to port my number.  I did not realize I had to leave my current SIM card in.  That said it never ported.   How do I re-port my number??

Well that makes me curious, what makes you think you're being scammed? Are you coming in or going out?

I think I may have been scammed trying to port my number...what should I do???

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
