Porting from fido problem, no data

I just ported two numbers, one from fido another from koodo to PM

Koodo to PM went without a hitch

fido to PM - the phone seems to be experiencing difficulties registering on LTE network - I have no data, and occasionally the LTE logo would come on and then turn off right away

 

I checked APN, seems to be in order

what else can I check?

fixed it. 

I have two sims in the phone, and for some reason I had to activate secondary SIM and manually select the SIM that operates for data/calling - android didn't pick it up automatically, even though 2nd SIM was disabled 

after I did that, I disabled 2nd SIM again and everything is back online again

Restarting your phone as a first step is always good.
Then check to make sure that your actual network type is set to LTE or 5G and not something else.
