Hi i need help porting out my number because it has been “on hold” as my service just ended yesterday. Please help

Is there a hotline i can call to talk to an agent please. Im moving out of the country and need to change to prepaid hence the move.

Regrettably you need to make a payment to get the account activate then port. This will cost you 1 month fee if you want your number. If you don't want your number then you could activate elsewhere.

My number is still active until 30 days later. Is it not enough? And actually the term just ended yesterday!

sorry, no easy way, you have to pay an resume service to port out. Account must be active to have the phone number move out, this is true for all carrier
