Right. However I've heard of the customer contacting their old provider who can pull up their profile and see a port request has been made. That customer service agent can resend the request back to their customers phone or transfer them to the department that can. I'll have to look more in to this as this is what I've read on other forums. 🙂

It is the NEW provider that sends the request to the old provider @Chalupa_Batman 🙂
So, @Marilu23 would need to submit a ticket to CSA to get that request sent again. Or call that number softech provided.
Contact CSA:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

You can also place the old providers SIM back in your phone and see if another text message is sent. If not, you can call your old provider to send another one. Say Yes, wait a bit. When your phone no longer says your old providers name up top and goes to SOS status, it means the transfer is complete. Then shut down phone, install PM SIM card, restart and let the good times roll.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
