How do I transfer my back to my old number from Koodo if I just switched to Public Mobile?

Is Koodo prepaid plagued with the same self serve problems PM is? I've had Koodo postpaid and self serve has worked flawlessly.

This should solve your issue.
1. Login to Self-Serve
2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Change Phone Number
3. Click "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from Public Mobile or another provider"
4. Enter your number and click "Check Eligibility"
5. Click the "I am authorized to transfer this phone number" before you do anything else.
6. Fill in the box to the best of your ability.
7. Click Submit and wait (don't press anything else until everything is clear).

Were you on Koodo prepaid or post-paid?
If you were on post-paid - go to self service (which is either slow or not available right now FYI), under My Profile select "Change Number" and select "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider". If you were on pre-paid, you will need to contact the moderators to ask them to switch you over. Click on the ? at the bottom right hand corner of the screen to start.

@tzekveld for Koodo prepaid account you need to submit a ticket to PM and ask them to port your old number over. Include your Koodo account number name on the account and Koodo phone number.
If you had a Koodo postpaid monthly account you can go into your selfserve account and choose the change number option and setup the port on your own.

If you are coming from Koodo Prepaid you will need the moderators to do the port for you. If you are coming from postpaid you can log into your self serve account( maybe a little slow today) and go to change number and just follow the steps to move your number over to Public Mobile
