Porting Problem

I ported my Fido number to PM this morning. I got text from Fido for confirmation. I text yes to it. Now my PM sim changed to Fido number. But my Fido sim still working. I can call from my PM sim but all incoming calls are going to Fido sim. I can text from PM sim. But all incoming text are going to Fido sim. Can some one help me, please

Don't worry about it.  The porting process is still ongoing.  Fido did not release the number yet.  But the port will eventually go through.  wait a couple of days, the port will complete.

@sanjum   did you reply within 90 mins?  it might that you missed the time.   If Fido sim still working, it definitely the port was not completed

 

But no worry, there is a number to call and talk to live support and they can advise on the porting status.  i will message you the number.  Please check your Community inbox.
