I tried porting my number and now I cannot receive calls. I can only make calls and send/receive text..... When someone calls me it going right to voicemail.
Its been a full day so waiting for the port to go thorugh isnt working.
@soldoutireland, the porting should have completed by now. It looks like the port got stuck somewhere and needs to be resubmitted by the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team. Note that wait times are in the order of 48 hours at the moment. Please be patient and don't submit multiple messages for the problem.
