Hi I have been trying to port my number from Koodo and each time I try on the Change Number screen it gives me a "Generic Error"? I could use some help 🙂 thanks!

Thanks Mary - I ended up solving the issue by reading post (and solutions) from others that had the same issue as myself....guess I should have done that first ;-).
It was the issue of having the same email address for both Koodo and PM...
But thanks for the help
