Porting Issue & Not being able to submit a ticket

Hi - Today at 1PM MST i ported my number from Bell to Public Mobile. I can make outgoing calls but I am not able to recieve calls or text messages. I put a 40.00 payment my account but still no canges. 

 

I tried to open a ticket through the help area but it would not let me submit a ticket - everything in the form was filled out and verified but the submit button did nothing.

 

Please help as no one can get ahold of me.

when you initiated the port, you can make outgoing calls, but incomming calls do not get through, this means that the number port was partially done.  Have you restarted the phone? 

If it doesn't start working after that, you might need to contact moderators to complete the port for you.

@BolssonMake sure you are using a desktop browser with javascript enabled and no blockers (add / cookies or otherwise) at all.
