Hi there,
It's been over a week since my friend ported over from Bell.
At first, the SIM was not working at all for anything, but right now he can currently can call, text, and use data, but cannot receive incoming calls as they go straight to his voicemail.
I have previously PM'd you all, but no one has replied. His Bell SIM is still active.
Could one of the mods please help?
I tried creating a self-serve account to re-initialize a port, but the email to activate it was never sent.

PM'd them 8 days ago with regards to the port, no reply.
Leaving this up here until one of them do.

you are both suffering from an incomepete port. best current solutions. Private message the mods, use old sim which works, and wait till port is complete or mods ask you for more info.
when you message the mods send them
in subject of message state" incomplete [carrier name] since [date]"
looks like there has been more Mod activity on forum and people have been stating their ports have been completed so a little more patience

If you find solution let me know...having same problem with Fido port. Signed up on 20th, no incoming call or txts working...
