I ordered two SIM Cards in order to switch my father and I from Freedom to PM. I ported my number over and activated my SIM, but when I went to do the same for my father's, it says in red that the porting was rejected by my Old Service Provider. Now , my father and I were were getting a family discount with Freedom, so we only had one account number but two separate phone numbers. What can I do to fix this? @Shazia_K

Note the suggestion to activate with a new number, and to port-in AFTER your PM account is working.

Yea, tried chrome,firefox, safari and on another laptop IE. No luck. When I try to activate without porting it kicks me out saying generic error, and asks me to log in again.

I called freedom, they said there wasnt an attempt for the second number at all. Okay will do, thank you.
