Hi PM Community,
I see a few people have had issues porting from Fizz to Public. One person had success adding 4 0's to the end of their Fizz account number.
Unfortunately this hasn't worked for one of my lines.
There's a porting assistance number floating around - could someone share it with me please?

Just as a heads up to anyone else about to port...I tried moving my second Fizz line using the IMEI instead and got the same issue. So I'll have to wait for support to figure it out unfortunately.

hi @J01 yes, using account number from Fizz is tricky
mast are ok to add 0 to the end but yes, some ended up need IMEI. So, give them both
