Transferred number and confirmed cancellation of Fido account on April 18th. iPhone is still not recognizing the ported number with Public mobile sim installed for iMessages or FaceTime. Unable to receive direct text messages to my cell number.

@Rj_evans99 If the recommendation doesn't yield results, utilize the chatbot to submit a ticket to PM.

Unfortunately that did not work. I also spent 30+ minutes on the phone with the porting team, the individual was unable to solution the issue, I’m still not able to receive any texts or even phone calls. Have submitted a ticket requesting a new physical SIM card.
