Help me I ported my number by mistake & lost all the credit money Please help

What are the circumstances of you porting out by mistake? Deceptive sales by a representative of another provider could be reason enough to appeal to pm customer support to consider your situation on a case by case basis and restore your account for the purpose of keeping you as a customer.

 

However if they do agree to do this for you they cannot return you to the $$ rewards program. You would be a points program customer going forward. Contact customer support to see if they can help you. If you would like to discuss your situation privately for advice feel free to contact me via private message. Just remember I am just a fellow customer not an employee of public mobile.

Sorry, once account is ported out, the account will be closed and the money will be gone.  

PM does not have Winback, at least not at the moment, so there is no way you can come back and claim the credit back

 

Curious, how much you are talking about?

@dkrishna10 By mistake? I don’t know how that’s possible once your number is ported your account is closed permanently no refunds sorry public is a prepaid service
