I've had contacted a mod and now patiently waiting for a fix.

My phone can receive text from PM number only, other carrier cannot text or call me.

My data is working and my outgoing text and call works. But no incoming at all.

Please help. I need this to work for my business.

Other options people ahve tried are facebook messages and twitter possibly.

@JennienG  Luckily you haven't been too long, but if youve been in the forums im sure you're aware of hte huge backlog, unfortunately it might take some time for them to g et to you.

 

Make sure when you private messaged them you included the info needed from the post below.

@CaNuCk07 Since I ported over on Nov 18. I only noticed it when I met up with my friend and they asked if I received their texts or calls.
