I just ported over from Freedom, was hoping to get this new plan, which I picked the Provincial Talk, Global Text, and 6GB data for 90 Days. I understand I will wait 72 hours for the bonus.
But once my order completed, having charged the 120+ tax. My account shows that the plan is a pick & pay 10$ for 30 days, and I have 112 $ Credit.
Just tagging Mods to see if this can be resolved before the June 30th date, (instructions from PM chat Bot)@Shazia_K, @Mary_M, and @Simon_O @MarieHelen_L

Thank you guys for your help. I will just use the new tag from now on, first time on this forum so I just copied from the chat bot.

@bGor, sorry to hear that you are having some issues. I see you have tagged some moderators, but just for a heads up for the next time you only need to tag one MOD and they will all get the message. As well there is a New tag for them @CS_Agent. Right now the best action you can take is to private message them and provide them with your email associated with your account and your phone number and a description of your issue so they can start to help you.

Also wanted to note that the details also say that the next auto pay is next month today, which doesnt make sense on a 90day plan.
