Ported a number from Virgin

Ported a number today afternoon. Calls and Texts seem to work. But when I log in to the Public mobile app, it asks me to send an OTP to my number. But I never receive the text. Have been trying for several hours now. Please help.

Yes. I had an eSim from before and then ported to Public Mobile eSIM. I did reply “Yes” to the request for porting

Did you have the old SIM in your phone and replied with YES confirming you are porting over to PM?

Hey @GRVK 

Try clicking on Didn't Get Code and choose email. Once that is done, you can log in and then click on this link to change the phone number. If you don't have that option to send to email then contact a CS Agent via this link
