Ported FM to PM on Thurs night - Today: Still not receiving texts/calls

I ported my number from Freedom to PM on Thursday night and am still experiencing a few issues:
- I can send texts and make calls - but I am only receiving a few texts (mostly late ones) and no calls.
- I am unable to log into my account. I tried to register for an account with the self-registration link but it says my number is "* The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already." I also tried the "forget your password" reset and that did not work.
- This might have to do with the fact that when I was registering my number this messaged appeared at the final stages of confirmation: "Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help"
Target="_blank">email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Please let me know what I should do... Thanks!
