i change from chartr to public mobile, i am not receiving calls. i spoke to chartz they told me that to ask public mobile to send us Portal request again. Can you please do that, thanks in advance.

HI @maryam1234 did you get a text from Chatr for your approval to port?
I will message you the porting team phone number. Call them, talk to live person and they will advise you what to do next
