Hi, as I am transferring my phone line to Public Mobile, I did not realize that my old service provider sent me an text asking me to authorize the transfer of my phone line. Can you please send a request again to my old device provider, Virgin Mobile do I can authorize the transfer of my phone line to you?

You can either ask agent to do that again or call provided number.

Keep both accounts active and OLD SIM in your phone. Reply Yes within 90 minutes of receiving SMS from Old provider.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and reply YES within 90 mins.  

 

There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox.  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
