Port number invalid

I am trying to port my Koodo prepaid number and it says it is invalid.

@will13am Yeah, that must be the case, we don't see any issues here with Telus ports!

Yeah, this seems to be the norm for Koodo which is strange because my port from Telus prepaid went off without a glitch whatsoever.


Koodo prepaid and Public Mobile share certain resources and because of that, customers are not able to submit number ports.  I don't believe this situation applies to Telus.

Just got ported from koodo with no issues and I messaged yesterday! It should only take 48 hrs max since they're overloaded right now but mine was done in a day
