I am trying to port my Koodo prepaid number and it says it is invalid.

@will13am Yeah, that must be the case, we don't see any issues here with Telus ports!

Koodo prepaid and Public Mobile share certain resources and because of that, customers are not able to submit number ports. I don't believe this situation applies to Telus.

Just got ported from koodo with no issues and I messaged yesterday! It should only take 48 hrs max since they're overloaded right now but mine was done in a day

In order to port from Koodo prepaid to Public Mobile, you need to contact the Moderator Team. It cannot be done through selfserve.
