I have a line ported out to freedom mobile this morning. Got the message from public and answered “Yes”. It’s been more than 8 hrs but the port hasn’t been done yet. Please check if the number has port protection needs to be unlocked. Thanks!

it can take 24 hrs for the transfer to happen. Leave the Public Mobile sim in your cell until it quits working properly. Once it stops working, put your new sim in the cell, and reboot.
If it's not transferring properly, you'll have to click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get Customer Support.
