How long does it take to port a number from PC mobile, it has been 48 hours since I requested port and no action has been initiated.

If you are porting from PC Mobile to another provider then it should have been completed and you need to contact the moderator team.

If you are porting a landline number to your mobile device it can take 3-5 business days to complete the port. Some of them are very slow in letting go of the number. You may experience a period where you cannot make receive calls but can make them during that time period. If it is from another mobile provider then you should contact the moderator team as mentioned above.

@Larocquec, here is the link for contacting the moderator team to have the port resubmitted. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code along with a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. They have been contacted with all info required, all ports from PC mobile and Koodo must go through Moderator_Team.

@Larocquec, continue to use your PC Sim until it no longer works.
In the meantime, you'll want to contact the Moderator_Tearm via private message. Give them your account number, your phone number, and PIN, and let them know you're having an issue with your port. Use the envelope icon in the top right corner to send the message.

PC sim card is still working.

Is your PC mobile SIM card still working?
If not, your port is stuck. Send a private message to moderator for help.
