Hi all
As the title, I am finally done with porting and my number is working on Public mobile.
But when I logged into my account i noticed that it still shows my old number. Is this a bug with the account portal or will it update overnight?
FYI, the port was done in the afternoon around 4PM.

In the same boat here. I've sent a message to the mods and they have sent a ticket. Should be fixed within a week or two, so I'm told. I'd send them a message to get it fixed.
As @tiktok72 mentioned, referrals would be tricky. I had to use my old number. I asked the mods to look into my referral as well. Just waiting for the higher ups to make the change.

I have same problem. I have been with PM more than 6 months, but when I log in my account and plan detail, it still shows my temp. number. I don't see anywhere my current number.
When I have a problem and send a PM to a mod with my current number, they cannot find my number and they ask me account number.
Also when my friend try to refer me, system said my number is not a valid public mobile number.
I think it is system glitch that they need to fix it.

Don't worry about that. Once the porting process is completed, your number will be updated in the system. Enjoy your service.

Most likely the system just hasn't updated it yet. I'd give it a couple days. If it doesn't change, I'd private message a mod.

I would give it a day or two and see what happens. if nothing changes then message one of the mods.
