I spent 3 hours with a rep, and I have a temp phone number. How do I port my number now?

If you log into your account, on the left side you click on profile, then you click on the pencil beside the temp number and follow the instructions to port number over to PM. As the customer has a tempoary number, there is no open port request. The porting team cannot assist. Whenever a port has been requested, the temporary number would have already been replaced. The porting team will not initiate a porting request.

Just remember to keep your old SIM card in the phone to get the request from your other provider. You will have 90 minutes to say yes.
