I am trying to port out number from public mobile. New provider tried multiple times port request but it keeps failing. Which provider name should they use while submitting port request?

It’s active and auto pay. Not sure what you meant by good standing. My bill gets paid automatically every month.

as per them, they tried various options but all failed. And my PM account is still active

Your Public Mobile account has to be active and in good standing… otherwise you won’t be able to transfer out.

At some carriers, Public Mobile is specifically in the list. I've also seen at some carriers, only Telus Mobility and Koodo Mobile are in the list in which case, Telus gets selected. It's actually the carrier receiving the phone number that is responsible for answeringh all of these questions and providing troubleshooting assistance, so please work with the new carrier to get this number porting completed.
